Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I offer individual talk therapy to teens, young adults, and adults. I will soon be offering EMDR therapy in July 2026 for trauma and somatic processing.

What will our sessions look like?

Therapy sessions can include many things, like working through immediate stressors or processing past events. Our work together will be guided by your goals. I also strive to be transparent about my techniques used in session.

Do you take insurance? What are your rates?

I currently do not take insurance but can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. From my own experience with reimbursement, insurance can be tricky, so I’m more than happy to help you if you run into roadblocks.

Individual therapy: $125

How will I know if we're a good fit?

While talking about painful or uncomfortable things is never easy, the right therapist should make you feel heard, meaning that your experience is taken seriously and held with respect. I welcome and encourage feedback, as well as conduct ongoing check-ins regarding our work.

What if I can't afford your rate?

If you connect with my work, I don’t want financial hardship to be a barrier to treatment. A sliding scale is a way for clinicians to offer their services in a more accessible way by adjusting a client’s financial investment. My sliding scale is reserved for people that would otherwise not be able to access therapy due to financial burden or marginalization. I’m happy to give a more specific outline of this criteria via email.

What if I need more clarity?

That’s totally okay. Finding the right therapist isn’t easy and a website can only offer so much insight. Reach out for a consultation call if you have concerns that weren’t answered.
